Science/Coach
I graduated from Smyer High School in 2015. I was a member of NHS, Spanish Club, and Student Council. I played football, basketball, baseball, and threw the shot and disc in track. I was lucky enough to be apart of a State Tournament basketball team in 2014, and finished 2nd in the state in shotput in 2015.
I graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a degree in Humanities in May of 2020. I played basketball for the Chaps from 2015-2019, and baseball for the Chaps from 2015-2020.
This is my first year teaching at PSP, and I am very excited! I will be teaching 6th Grade Science and Principles of Law. I will also be an assistant high school coach, assisting volleyball, basketball, and softball.
This is my second year teaching. My wife and I were at Haskell CISD last year.
In February of 2021, I graduated from the Lubbock Police Academy. Shortly after, I realized that being an officer was not for me. I was led back to what I always should have been doing, teaching and coaching. That being said, I loved learning in the academy. I am looking forward to taking what I learned from the Academy and on the streets to the classroom for my Principles of Law class!
